🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟This is where you come to begin your sobriety journey and where you stay if you’re gonna stick with the winners! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Addiction has held me captive for over 30 years. There aren’t enough fingers or toes to count the numerous rehabilitation programs, detox facilities, and institutions where I became a regular. In and out. Over and over. Never ending…that sick cycle of insanity that I chose to live. My addiction gripped me tight and held on so powerfully that I became a slave to what ever I could get my hands on. I was in control at first. Then the drugs took control of me. I lost me. I lost my soul. My family, my 2 precious daughters, everyone and everything I cared for and loved, vanished…GONE.. Just as I was vanishing with 1 more hit, another hand full of pills and whatever there was to drink. But it was never enough. Through my drugging career, I damaged my body and was on death’s doorstep hanging on for life. An amazing friend of mine had pleaded with me to try out the program that save her life. I gave in. I gave up. I walked into Advene never fully comprehending how my life was about to change. I had to make a conscious decision that I wasn’t going to manipulate or take advantage of these compassionate healers that gave me their time, their support and encouragement. They kept me accountable. They still do. They understand addiction and they create a personalized plan made for each individual based on their history. I’m met with a smile every time I walk through their door. They know me personally and address me with respect. That’s hard to come by once you’re labeled an addict or alcoholic. My sense of gratitude began to replace the doubt I had… in myself and in anyone I thought actually cared about me and my life.  I trusted these people. And developed a connection with all of these amazing individuals. I found a therapist who for once in my life, LISTENED! Thank you Laura. An angel really. Who came into my life at a time of crisis and desperation. Dr. Laura is a woman you want in your corner. She fights for you. Even when you can’t fight for yourself! Tom’s desire to make sure you are on track is so appreciated. And his smile and attitude of gratitude is contagious! Every staff member from the front to the back of the office, greets you and treats you with respect. The staff are authentic. They too show a true commitment to helping each one of us. One on one. Thank u ladies! And then there’s Dr. Howard. I owe this man my life. For hearing me, for investing his time and concern for my recovery. Dr. Howard believes me. I don’t lie to him. I’m honest about everything. He’s thorough in explaining the plan he designed for me. He answers all my questions and never rushes me out of his office. Truly grateful to you Dr. Howard. You can’t bullshit your way through the seriousness of this life threatening disease guys. Nor can you treat the people who put their lives on the line for you, with disrespect or disregard. When you get honest, others HONESTLY know. They SEE YOU.  And they care. Trust isn’t given. It is earned. You have to to put the work in. And in return, you will earn trust and respect. Isn’t that what we all yearn for? If you want a chance at life again, take a chance on the amazing people at Advene! I wouldn’t dare to complete this review without thanking the guy who made all of this possible. He gave me life and He gave me my life back! All I had to do is BELIEVE, TRUST, PRAY. I've been going to this facility For about 2 years, almost 3. It's the longest that i've ever Stayed with a place for long term recovery. They hold you accountable here without the threat of being kicked out or receiving 1 out of 3 strikes. You're held accountable because your time drops from.Maybe a visit every month or visit every 2 weeks to a visit every week so that you can take a test more frequently.They don't judge you for it Dr Seitz It's amazing he takes the time to get to know you and really Cares about you And my therapist laura Seitz Is actually the full reason Why i've stayed with this place for so long because When I speak with her, she understands where I'm coming from.It's almost like before I even say it she knows What am I going to say. She's the first therapist that I've ever had.Conversation with.That doesn't lead the conversation for me And doesn't tell me how I feel.She listens to how I actually feel and then helps me based on That I would  Recommend This facility to anybody who is looking for somewhere Long term and looking for people within the practice that actually care About you And your sobriety. As long as you stay hon Honest and let them know What you're feeling and when you're feeling it if you're triggered if you feel like you want to use I mean When you explain to them what's going on and why you want to use then they can help find a medication for you That is a better Fit Then Street drugs. I don't normally give recommendations for places. But I know how hard it is struggling with addiction to find a really a good place for your medications and also for therapy. It's hard to find a therapist in general. Anyway, and like I said Laura Seitz  Is like 10 out of 10 the best therapist i've ever had!

I have been a patient of Advene Health for close to 5 years, attending an appointment there once a month, year after year. There is not a doubt in my mind, my weak and feeble sobriety of my past, would have long ago been a hazy memory. The physicians at Advene are amazing, very qualified, compassionate and always, always willing to listen, if that's what you need, no matter how much time it may involve. This in itself is opposite of what most experience at other medical facilities, as we're hurriedly hustled in and hustled out. Not happening at Advene Health! I cannot write this review without speaking of Jessica in Administration. I will say honestly she is nothing short of downright fabulousness, only word that comes to my mind. Seeming to always be in a good mood, she has been willing to make happen whatever I may need, with never a complaint, a grunt, nor 'Oh, I can't do that'. I only hope she too has an inkling of an idea of how much she is valued. The entire staff at Advene - Mr. Dapper Tom - this compliment speaks 5X in value to you, fine Sir - are beautiful, warm and kind, 'real' people. If I was not as old as I daily regretfully realize I am, I would do a cheerleader's cartwheel, running flip, stand on my head revue, if that's what it took to convey to all, everywhere, the praises I feel for all of these wonderful staff members and what they do for so very, very many people caught in the painful, awful claws of addiction. These are some of the most sincere people I’ve ever known. They actually care for their patients on many levels. I can’t say enough great things about this office. They’ve made my life better and they know it. I tell them all the time how much I appreciate them and what they’ve done for me. Which is nothing special. Just doing their job. The right way. I’m grateful to them and always will be.
